Eligibility:
All majors in good academic standing with a minimum GPA of 2.5.* Must be at least 18 years old at time of travel.


ICN's 17-day summer travel program with ICN Business School focuses on understanding tourism and luxury in France. All coursework may be applied to your academic major, minor or general education requirements with approval from the appropriate departments. Otherwise, the credits will be counted as general elective credit. 

2020 Program Coursework:
Students earn up to 10 ECTS credits thanks to classes in marketing, design, sustainable development, distribution of luxury products

2020 Program Highlights:
  • Cooking with French chefs
  • Learning the French art de vivre in the historical region of Lorraine and Burgundy
  • A special tour sponsored by luxury brands such as Baccarat, Chanel and Galeries Lafayett
  • Visiting world famous heritage castles in the Loire valley
  • Attending oenology lessons in Bordeaux
Housing and Meals
ICN will provide accommodations in shared rooms and meals Monday to Friday.

Visa Requirements
A visa is not required for U.S. citizens participating in this program.

Application and Advising Notes
Students are required to attend an advising session before applying to this program. This program requires a dual application process in which both EMU and ICN must approve students to participate. You will receive notification to complete the ICN application upon approval from EMU.  An individual interview will also be required during the application phase.
